New project - poster 1 (inspired by Heads of State posters)

I'm designing a series of posters of places that I have visited. I'm not the most travelled person in the world...but I'd like to record the places I have been in some kind of way.

This is the first poster of the series. Last year, I travelled to Edinburgh with Alex and it was lovely. Very cold, but still very lovely. We sampled lots of local pubs and found an excellent bangers and mash restaurant called Monster Mash. Didn't fancy haggis.

One thing that stuck in my mind about Edinburgh was the towering height of the town houses, they all looked like castles, very tall grey and their height was intimidating. Everything seemed to just get higher, until you reached the castle at the top.
